What amenities are available?

All accommodations are provided with the essentials for your stay. This includes bath towels, bed linen, face towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and outside the accommodation. If you would like to smoke in approved areas then please talk to your consultant to organise ash trays for use during your stay.

What facilities will be available in my room?

Whilst every accommodation varies the following items are available in all accommodations:

• Bathroom with shower, toilet and bath.
• Kitchen with crockery and cutlery.
• Rerigerator, microwave and rice cooker.
• Washing machine and dryer.
• Television

Basically everything you would need to get you through the everyday.

Is internet available?

The majority of our accommodations are connected to the internet. Connection options vary between accommodations so please ask your consultant when booking.

Where do I check-in on arrival?

Check in and check out is conducted at our central office, SkiJapan, in Hirafu village. Driving into Hirafu village along the main road, route 343, you will see two-storey, red building with a SkiJapan.com/SummerJapan.com sign. For more detailed directions please ask your consultant when booking.

Can 2 adults and 1 child sleep in a single bedroom?

This is an option for children up to the age of 2yrs that do not need a bed. If the child is 3yrs or older then we will recommend an extra bedroom.
Baby cots for children 0-2yrs of age are available at an extra cost of ¥1,000 per day. Please let your consultant know your needs at time of booking.

Are BBQs available?

A limited number of Japanese-style BBQ sets are available for rent at ¥2,000 from our office. Pre-bookings are not required but are advised. BBQs may be used outside your accommodation in available space. Please ask staff about where BBQs can be used at your accommodation.

Japanese-style Charcoal BBQ, Fire Tongs, Charcoal*, Firestarters, Gloves, Fan, Tongs, BBQ Lighter, Outdoor Lamp
*Additional Charcoal　charged at ¥400 per box

A limited number of table and chair sets are available for rent from our tour desk. Cost is ¥1,000 per day.

What are the check in/out times?

Check in is from 3pm to 5pm. If you plan to check in outside of these times please advise your consultant when booking.
Check out is before 10am. Late check outs may be arranged in special circumstances depending on the accommodation's availability. Additional charges may apply.
